Fudosan Directory

Every property you import carries information about the real estate company (不動産会社, fudosan) listing it. The Fudosan Directory collects those companies in one place, so the broker relationships hiding in your portfolio become something you can search, track, and act on.

Availability: The Fudosan Directory appears in the main navigation for accounts with directory access. If you don't see it, it isn't enabled for your role.

What Is the Fudosan Directory

The directory is built automatically from your imported properties — no data entry needed. Each company row shows key information at a glance, and clicking any column header sorts the table. Use it to answer questions like: Which brokers do I import from most? Who listed that property in Sapporo? What's this company's phone number?

Searching for Companies

Use the search box to find companies by name, contact person, phone number, email, or license number. Results update as you type.

Advanced Filters

Click the filter button to open the advanced filter panel. Narrow the directory by:

  • Location — prefecture, city, or ward
  • Property count range — e.g., only companies behind 3+ of your properties
  • Contact details — companies with a phone, email, or website on file
  • License information — filter by license details

Customizing the Table

Click the column selector to show or hide columns — contact name, phone, email, property count, years in business, and more. Show what matters to how you evaluate brokers.

Favoriting Companies

Click the heart icon on any row to favorite a company. Then use the favorites filter to see only the brokers you work with most. Favorites keep your go-to contacts one click away as the directory grows.

Company Detail Pages

Click any row to open the company's full profile. The contact section gathers everything on file — phone numbers, email addresses, website, and physical address. Click any entry to call, email, or visit their site directly.

Exporting Contacts

Two ways to get company contacts into your own tools:

  • Single company: On a company's detail page, click the export button to download their contact information as a vCard file — import it straight into your phone's contacts or any contact manager.
  • Multiple companies: Back on the directory list, select several companies using the checkboxes, then click the bulk export button. A ZIP file downloads with an individual vCard for each selected company.

This is especially useful before a trip to Japan — load your broker contacts onto your phone in one step.

Viewing a Company's Properties

From a company's detail page, click View Properties to see every property from that company in your portfolio — it filters the property list to just that broker's listings.

The link works in the other direction too: when viewing a property, an additional properties link shows how many other properties you hold from the same broker, and takes you to them.

Private Notes

On each company's detail page you can add private notes that only you can see. Track your interactions, impressions from calls, response times, negotiation style — anything worth remembering about working with them.
