Importing Properties

Tatemono IQ supports two ways to bring property listing data into your workspace. Both methods extract the same core fields — price, address, building specs, station access, financials — but they work differently depending on your source.

When to Use Each Method

Use the Browser Extension when you find a property on one of the 12 supported Japanese listing sites (Suumo, Athome, Rakumachi, and others). One click in the extension popup imports the listing directly from the page you're browsing. Best for properties you discover while searching online.

Use Maisoku PDF Import when you receive broker listing sheets (マイソク) as PDF files. Upload the PDF, and Tatemono IQ's AI extracts all available fields automatically — including utilities information (gas, water, sewer) that listing sites often omit. Best for off-market properties and broker relationships.
