Account & Preferences

Your account settings shape how Tatemono IQ presents data to you — starting with the currency every price is displayed in. This page covers the essentials in the user menu: preferences, feedback, and where to find help.

Click your avatar in the top-right corner to open the user menu. From here you can access your profile, download the browser extension for importing properties, send feedback, and manage your settings.

Currency Preferences

Property prices and investment metrics are shown in US Dollars by default. If you'd rather work in Japanese Yen or another supported currency, change it in the currency preferences section of your profile:

Open the user menu and go to your profile.
Find the Currency Preferences section.
Select your preferred display currency.

Every price and metric across the app follows your choice. Investors comparing against home-market returns often keep their local currency; those negotiating in Japan usually switch to yen to think in the same numbers as the seller.

Sending Feedback

Found a bug? Want a feature? The feedback form sends your thoughts directly to the team building Tatemono IQ — and every submission is reviewed.

Open the user menu and click Send Feedback.
Choose the feedback type:
- Bug — something isn't working
- Feature Request — new functionality you'd like
- Improvement — enhance an existing feature
- General — anything else
Describe your feedback and submit. You'll see a confirmation once it's sent.

Your email is included so the team can follow up if needed.

Writing Feedback That Gets Results

A minute of detail turns feedback into action:

For bugs, include the steps to reproduce: what you clicked, what you expected, what happened instead.
For feature requests, describe your use case — the problem you're trying to solve matters more than a specific solution.
For improvements, name the page or feature and what slows you down today.

Help and Guided Tours

The Help & Guides menu inside the app offers interactive guided tours that walk you through features step by step, highlighting each control on the live page:
